This was our 3rd time (maybe 4th actually) staying here. It felt very tired and lots of dust on the headboards, ledges, etc. in the room. The bathroom felt grungy and the room and bathroom had about 12-15 white blank switch plate covers over what would have been old outlets, etc. Just feels past due for some updates including a deep clean.

The location is wonderful and the hotel is well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. I could not get the TV to work or the WiFi to connect. The bathroom floor flooded when I took a showed and it was very slippery when I got out of the shower.

Rooms were spacious and the bathrooms as well. There was a restaurant on premises that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. If moving around in public transportation, there were bus stops and train stations nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor was modern and artistic. There was even a hdmi port on the tv for you to connect your own devices which i appreciated a bunch.

Our stay at the hotel during Christmas was absolutely amazing! The festive decorations and warm holiday atmosphere made it even more special. The service was outstanding, with staff ensuring every detail was perfect for a memorable stay. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after enjoying the holiday activities.
