Check in is at 4pm. We got there after 5 and our room still wasn’t ready. I was told they would take $100 off my total for the inconvenience which they didn’t actually do that either. The was a Q-tip laying in the hallway by our room door almost all week and our room is right next to the housekeeping room??!! The pool is shared with the other hotel on the property, it was so overcrowded there were kids in the hot tub. I’m both times we went to the pool. There were no towels so we had to go back to our sopping wet every time. Housekeeping is supposed to come to your room every other day they failed to show up one of the days that they were supposed to come. They only have the room stocked for three people, but they knew we had five guests so we had to request additional toilet paper and towels nobody ever brought them. We ended up having to go down to the front desk just to get more of the amenities that they’re supposed to be providing. They have no on-site parking. Only valet service that’s $70 a day and if you were gonna use valet, it was gonna take 15 or 20 minutes every time you wanted to leave just for them to bring your car around. I will not stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed a wonderful view of the city from our corner suite. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Of course, it's great having a kitchen and the roominess the suite offered. Breakfast was included. Heads up on the pool chemistry being off for the whole 4-night stay and a woman eating French fries in the pool (not allowed). We had to ask for the shampoo dispenser to be refilled as there was no shampoo in it. The shower gel dispenser is/was barely hanging on the shower wall by an inch. We never got towels replaced with the 2-day maid service but went down to the desk where we did receive two fresh towels (3 of us in the suite). Deep cleaning is needed as paint was worn/chipped off the bathroom door/trim plus the corners were dirty. We would like to visit when the hotel is less busy. In all fairness, the hotel was full and the patient, polite staff had all they could handle.

Our checkin was delayed nearly an hour and a half. We sat in the lobby waiting while an air freshener of some sort kept going off with an unwelcoming sprau. I had booked months ago-a two bed-2 room corner suite. Needless to say, they were overbooked and gave us two king rooms. The rooms were not connecting but next to each other. This wasnt ideal as we have two children, one with special needs. Then we were given a complimentary $100 gift card to the adjoining restaurant. Which was nice, but one of kiddos has dietary restrictions and the other along with his special needs he only has a few items he eats--none were at the asian inspired restaurant. We knew the pool would be crowded one evening when we went (its spring break time), however they were out of towels. I went down to the front desk to let them know and i was told "theyre probably in the laundry" and i was waved off.

It was ok …

The room was generally comfortable and well-equipped, with a spacious fridge and a well-functioning kitchen that made self-catering easy. However, the room had a persistent stale smell which detracted from the overall experience. Most disappointing were the breakfast facilities: everything was served with disposable plastic utensils and plates, and there was no seating adequate space, making it a rather poor offering. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

Very nice hotel stay at fantastic hotel...room was perfect for our family of 4, kitchenette was a great amenity and we really enjoyed the city view from our room, especially at night. The pool and workout room were well kept we used them both out entire stay.
