The suite was spacious and had nice amenities like kitchenette with supplies, separate living area with pull out sofa bed and separate room with 2 queen beds. Was perfect for my husband and I and 2 adult sons. Free breakfast was also great! Close walk to Soldier field!

No working TV
The television in the bedroom did not work. We called maintenance and they tried to fix but said he was unable to so it would need to be fixed the next day. Being at a hotel with no working television, and no solution was not ideal, especially since we were traveling with kids. Also, not a fan of the hotel’s policy if our room was ready early, and we chose to check in then, we had to pay $25 fee. Seems a disservice to the guests to pay even more when a room is available and unused.
