The staff was exceptional. They were professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. From the receptionists to the breakfast staff to the housekeepers.

Nice property. Very clean and everyone was polite. Breakfast was okay. The only issue was the tv on my room was jumpy. They didn’t come to address until the day I checked out. Lucky I wasn’t in the room much.

Very good space, clean, comfortable and the breakfast a lot of options (gluten free things, What I like), friendly staff! My husband and I spend only 1 night but it was wonderful 🤗🤗🤗

Great hotel, but not much around it!
When we got there we were not put in the type of room we had paid for and had to move our stuff into a different room once all was sorted. The staff was super helpful in getting it all figured out! We were bummed that the pool was not working while we were there. Our kids were super disappointed and with so little to do in the area, we were pretty much stuck in the room for the night. Overall though, the staff was great, room was clean, and the breakfast was good in the morning too!

This is a brand new hotel. So the facility is good. But it locates in a hard to find remote area. The toilet in our room is not very clean.

I can't say I didn't like it because their was nothing not to like. They have free breakfast between 6-930 am, coffee, juice, get dress and leave right off the highway and be at your Chicago destination within 30 minutes.
