Went to check in and our room was given away. The check in guy said he could give me 2 rooms next to each other so my child could stay all by herself. I let him know thay was unacceptable and not safe. I booked a suite and that is what I should be given.

My time at this hotel was good. It was my 2nd time in a 4 month span. It's clean and located near stores, etc. However, my room was marked vacant. Therefore, I was disturbed by a knock at 7 am, and again at 9 am. It was annoying.

The room was clean, and the staff was kind. The issue I had was the breakfast. The hot cereal looked like it had been there for a while, and there were ants in the juice. I saw the staff working hard to replenish everything, the staff was very nice.

The walls are super thin! Could hear next door neighbors music so well we had to call the front desk to have them come knock on the door very hard to ask them to turn it down. They didn’t have towels clean. The breakfast was good and the area was kept clean.
