I was put on the 4th floor even though the elevators were not working and I had to take the service elevator. Not sure about that decision by the front desk?

Stay at another similarly priced hotel....
This hotel is fine, but needs some work. The breakfast is not free which it is at other similarly priced hotels. My bathroom needed a paint job. They showed a Peloton on their photos of the fitness center but there weren't any. The filtered water/ice machines produced cloudy water with black flecks. The elevator hasn't been inspected since May 2023 and it jumps on e or twice between floors. It's scary. Only one elevator worked while I was there, so they recommended taking the staff elevator which was worse. It was not worth the distance from my Dad's.

The room was really dirty as if nothing was wiped down. Strikes of dirt on the bathroom floor bath tub so dirty I wasn’t comfortable enough to shower. The light switches were filthy and greasy as if they have never been wiped off. Was woken up at 6am by the person in the room next door from me opening and slamming his door repeatedly so I just checked out early.
