Great customer service, from the front desk to the airport shuttle driver, to the waitstaff at the in-house restaurant where I had one the best omelets I've ever had. All in all very restful and enjoyable.

All of the staff at this location were so kind and informative. Freddy the shuttle driver, was the friendliest. He taught my sisters and I how to take the train and where to go to print off our ticket.

Rooms are simple but new, clean and well maintained. The AC / heater was a little noisy but staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive to my transportation needs. The shuttle timing worked out exceedingly well both on arrival and departure which was welcome for a short overnight layover in Chicago. Would definitely stay here again.

We missed a flight connection and needed a place to spend the night. It’s a newer property and the rooms are large and comfortable, especially for the rate. There’s a free shuttle which is great. It’s supposedly 1.3 miles from the airport, but I think they measured from the edge of the airport, not the terminal, so plan on a little longer shuttle ride!

Nice hotel!
Hotel was rather new. Our room was directly across from the OHare airport. When we walked into our room and looked out of the window, we were astonished and very worried about what the sound level might be when a plane was landing or taking off. However, we did not hear the rumble of a plane landing, or taking off—surprisingly, we did not hear a sound! The hotel is rather new, and very clean. We ate dinner in a nicely decorated dining room. enjoying a hamburger and fries. The next morning, we decided to have breakfast there. We both had pancakes, but sadly we did not care for the flavor and texture of the pancakes. But when we book a hotel in the future, we will definitely stay there again!
