We were greeted with friendly faces at check-in. Staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing. Definitely pay for parking ahead to save yourself some money (unless you are an IHG member…then you pay less anyway).

We have stayed here at least 4 times. It's an excellent location, comfortable room and bed, access to everything close by. Breakfast available for a decent $10… parking could be included though. Get it through Expedia if you need it, as it's cheaper than at the hotel.

Visit to temple
Room was very comfortable and clean. Parking was okay considering the city congestion. Close to Baha’i House of Worship, which was our reason for the visit. Also walking distance from Northwestern University. Lots of places within walking distance to eat. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, especially maintenance.
