The train passed by regularly late at night which made it loud. We had to put on the AC in the middle of the winter because it was uncontrollably hot in the room. No decent places to hang out.

This was, I believe YOUR mistake, not the hotel: The price I locked in was $99. You sent along a higher nightly rate to the hotel which was charged to my credit card, and which we only realized when I checked out and provided my confirmation from you. The hotel refunded some of the money. Is this a little trick of yours?I imagine not everyone checks their receipt. If you want specifics,: my receipt, numbers, account, dates etc. I can provide them. It’s a shame, but now I will have to scrutinize everything that is money related, if I do business with you again.
