Great overnight stay
Check in & out were a breeze. Very comfortable beds & pillows, quiet room, clean floors & remodeled bathroom. View of downtown skyline was lovely. Breakfast was typical hotel buffet, ok coffee. Very friendly & polite staff all around.

There was no stairwell that took me to the first level, housekeeping did not come into my room one time, and I was there for three nights, so although the room was in good shape when I got there, it wasn’t cleaned in between. Parking was a challenge, as there was no direct exit out to the parking garage and I couldn’t use stairways so the elevator which one of two did not work was painfully slow and took approximately two minutes to go from the first floor to the third floor with a huge delay between the second and third floors. This is why I like to use the stairs, but I could not do that because there was no stairway that went from my floor to the lobby level.

My only concern was getting locked in the stairwell bc there was nothing said or posted that you can go into the stairwell but cannot get out without keycard. As someone who is claustrophobic, this caused near panic for me. Some staff were very nice while others were somewhat standoffish. Facility was clean. Breakfast offered a variety of good food.

Very convenient! The room was large and clean. The restaurants nearby were fantastic with many options. Breakfast buffet in the hotel was not worth it. Single working elevator seemed ready to give up at any moment! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would start again.
