Disappointed in the listed booking amenities that were not avaialable including pool and restaurant during a 2 day gamily stay. Grab and go breakfast left a lot to be desired as well.

Our room was quiet and comfortable. However, maid service was not provided until after we checked out. Also, 3 members of our group were stuck in elevators for about 10 minutes before the maintenance man helped get them out. An elevator mechanic did fix the problem. Grab and go breakfast was inadequate.
