The pool was closed. The breakfast was a nice spread. We left behind a shirt and pants and it took 3 months, but finally reached someone and they did help us get it sent back. Thankful to the staff who turned it in, those who stored it, and to those who ultimately sent it, just frustrated we needed to keep reaching out instead of calls being returned.

The hotel is very clean, the staff at the night reception are 2 women, one black and one brunette, they are trying to humiliate me as if I am homeless, I am so embarrassed that I felt like they are the customers and I am a street thug, it is sad that such rude and sullen people work in such big companies.

This hotel advertises and shows pictures of an indoor pool but the pool apparently hasn’t been open in many months - so that was frustrating and deceiving. The faucet in the bathroom had the direction of the hot and cold mixed up. There was no overhead light in the entry way to the room - the light on the wall wasn’t working. There was open floor exposed/carpet cut back by the radiator. The breakfast was not worth paying any extra money for - pre-wrapped muffin or bagel and lukewarm coffee. The elevators were fast and efficient for us. We were conveniently located by an outside door

What a surprise to open the sofa bed and find a crumbled up flat sheet and a bottle of lotion. The fitted sheet was tossed in a dresser drawer. The curtains were stained and unable to close properly. A great deal of ceiling water damage above the windows were all noted. The evening front desk clerk was very rude. We went to dine at the attached restaurant to find out it had permanently closed a month prior. We had prepaid $15 for breakfast and they didn't offer to reimburse anyone until our party brought it up. We will not return there for any future stays.
