They checked me into a dirty hotel room. Still unsure if someone was still staying there or if someone checked out and it was never cleaned?? Took a picture for proof and immediately left and now the hotel and Expedia do not want to take responsibility for the situation.

Someone needs to learn their job

The room was fine, pillows were too flat for me. Everything was fine except for the parking. I had to ask how to utilize the parking and even then it wss unclear. We asked 3 separate times and each time got a different answer. Upon checking out we asked if we could keep the car there (was only going to be 2 hours or so. Was told yes, but upon my husband trying to get out, he was basically held hostage by an angry attendant who told him "they couldn't do anything" he went to the front desk to clear things up. Someone just validated the ticket. Back to the garage, where the attendant STILL would not let him leave. The attendant then went to check for themselves he was telling the truth.

Simple nice and clean

This hotel is nice, a bit dated but clean and quiet. It’s in a good area, walking distance to many things. Parking is a rip off at $76 a day. And my only issue is our bed sat on a wooden bedframe that both my wife and I kept hitting our shin on when we would walk by the bed.

Convenient and walkable to many places of interest, entertainment, restaurants, shopping and more. I cant remember the name of the gentleman that checked us in but he always greeted us with a friendly smile and asked about our day. House keeping was always available and greeted us as we passed and asked if we needed anything. I think her name was Mariam. She was friendly and accommodating.

I didn’t like the staff in the early morning on 4/17 who was supposed to help me get a taxi. She wasn’t very helpful, leaving me to scramble on how to book a cab, eventually, after being frustrated, I ordered an uber—-my wisest decision. This is the only hotel that didn’t help me get a cab. You’re supposed to be helpful and courteous. What a shame.
