Friendly staff. Great location close to the Chicago river walk, near Navy Pier and the Chicago Art Institute. Eatily is around the corner, and lots of restaurants nearby. For cheap parking, IparkIt has several garages nearby

The hotel stay was ok, but the front Desk reception are not welcoming, specially in the night. The receptionist seemed upset as I was figuring out how to access hotel late night after attending a concert. The receptionist seemed upset/bothered as we entered the hotel.
