Not very clean. A lot of dust. Windows don’t seem double glassed, could hear everything going on outside even though I was on the 21st floor. Just very convenient location

The room was super dark. I asked for a lamp or another light. And they said i had to upgrade to suite to get another lamp. Suggested i take the lampshade off the light to get more light. The walls are paitlnted dark brown. Said it had a city view which i paid to upgrade. I was looking at a brick wall and had to break my neck to see the 'city'. The elevators smelled so bad and had to ride th while holding breath.

I have to say when we left this morning there was a homeless man in the area going into the parking garage area??that was on the floor with no shirt and his pants were loose. We all witnessed him masterbating. This was about 6:00 am on Sunday 12/8. This was of course not anyone’s fault but wanted you to be aware. We will be back in the future to stay at your hotel!

Hotel was very clean staff was friendly. The room was a room I think for those with disabilities the bed was extremely low to the floor. The bathroom was very large with built in bath bench and hand held shower head. It was okay but the bed was a bit low to the floor
