I have stayed in many Hiltons before. This experience was the top experience I normally get at the Hilton. Check-in was rough that should have been my warning. At check-in the lady was extremely rude to multiple people while i waited to be checked in. She yelled out your card decline to the lady in front me as if she was trying to embarrass the lady. But it actually was a chip issue.Next a man walked up and was super nice to ask for a WHEELCHAIR to bring in customer. He snapped at him and said i am the only one here and im helping a customer!! I was in no rush she easily could have step to side and gave him a wheelchair. It was so sad and the manners i ever seen at any Hilton i stayed at. She also did not thank me for being a Hilton member nor tell me breakfast times or, about the wonderful in house bar. She even seem annoyed when i asked about breakfast information. I understand there where at least 10 people in line to check in. But we must remember this is a place of business and customer service is a must!! My room was nice and clean. The bar and restaurants were great. The host at the restaurant were fabulous they checked on everyone with a smile. The bar had nice drinks and the best pizza. I stay at this Hilton for a couple of days.. i met over nice people but that one lady set a bad tone for my stay. Im just not use to have a bad time at any Hilton. But i do look for to stay at other locations.

I enjoyed my stay the hotel have a lot off the vintage decor that is lovely. Live the circle shape. It was very quiet with many guest. Great insulation. Someone has really kept this hotel up to standards.

Tamya Smith at the front desk had the worst hospitality skills. She was very rude, insulting and unprofessional, I've never felt more horrible as a guest at a hotel in my life. She dragged her words at me like a child like...... Youuuuuuu geeeeettt breaaaakfaaaastt twiiiiicccee and then wheeeeeen youuuuu check ooooouuttt. She told me to learn to read better because it wasn't her problem that I booked a room that wasn't the same as the picture. Some people really shouldn't be in the hospitality business. Never want to come back here again because of her and the other extra rude front desk girl named Damilola the next morning told me I wasn't getting Compt anything like the yt women in front of me because she is a GOLD member and I'm only a SILVER member. I've never felt more uncomfortable and degraded by hotel service in my life. Mr. Gaytan the AGM was super nice and professional and the manager of the kitchen/ breakfast was so wonderful made up for the front desk women's disgusting behavior if this hotel is smart they will put him in the front talking to desk and replace these rude women. If you want to feel like an insulted child by the front desk women come here.

I needed this hotel for a specified purpose as it was near the hospital my son was in. However while it was a bit dated it was comfortable, the food was good and the staff very helpful.

What I liked about the property was the proximity to shopping food and the on-site amenities were great. I was a little disappointed that the coffee shop wasn’t open on Sunday but it was open on Saturday and also the breakfast buffet is $20 but I could only eat two things there so I thought it was a little overpriced should be more of a Made to order type of breakfast and that way I can order what I want and wouldn’t mind paying the 20 bucks

The property is an older facility, with upgrades. I had my room changed because it smelled old, it was clean yet old smell. Moved to another one old smell still present, we were just there for a couple hours for sleep ti get back on road ti ohio. Pool was stated to be heated, it was not. I still utilized it. Staff great. I am real picky.

Hotel was not bad. Bathroom size a little awkward, and everything costs extra; except water as they have a filling station. If breakfast pricing, at $26 per, wasn’t so ridiculous my review would have been better. But free transport to the airport was pretty damn nice.
