My stay at this Hilton was average. My room was clean, but every so often, you can hear water leaking behind the bathroom wall. Advised the service counter, but she didnt seemed to be too concerned about it. And no one while i was there didnt come to the room to investigate. And service in the restaurant was almost none existant.

The front staff, in particular, Marilyn, always go above and beyond to make sure my stay and others is as smooth and comfortable as possible. I must say the other ladies ( who's names ive unfortunately forgotten),are also an added plus. very professional, helpful, aand knowledgeable. i love staying here. Really great job grls, i truly hope your hard work and dedication doesn't go unseen. Beware of pool policy 3/5

The reason I booked this stay was for a staycation and to enjoy my son’s birthday weekend. The room was very spacious and I was able to change my room preference with a 2 day notice. However for the amount of money I spent I made the assumption that the room would be up to date, I noticed a ball under the cabinet and a ton of dust from the room not being cleaned properly. There is a railroad crossing near but it’s not loud at all. I requested a late check out and was told I was all set only to end up locked out. Upon arrival I was informed of the pool policy which they SHOULD highlight on their website or I would have booked a different hotel. The policy is 4 people per room are allowed into the pool AREA. So imagine the kind of problems they can face when there is a family’s of 6 with 4 small children what are you to do then? As I stated before the reason for my stay was to celebrate my toddlers birthday so imagine my surprise booking this hotel thinking I could invite my nieces and nephews to join us in the pool and be told that my family could not sit by while we played in the pool. The lady at the front desk ran after us to tell us only 4 people per room can be in the pool area. There was only 1 other family there with 4 small children and 2 adults. Seriously a wrist band to attend a pool is insane and a big money hungry on top of them charging for parking and it’s not covered and there is street parking. I will be sure not to return & warn family/ friends against it.

Its old my room had some issues in the bathroom nothing extreme its an old hotel that for the most part kept up pretty well! I could see myself staying again if I couldn’t find something downtown

Just an overnight stay. Was surprised about parking fee of 16.00. Staff was very nice and helpful. Disappointed in room could have had a hilton up date. But building was older but, not as well maintained as a quality hilton hotel.

I didnt like how every hilton i stayed with you get free breakfast and parkint . This one wanted to charge for both and i was never aware of that prior to coming. They put water in your room and then charge you for it. It specifically aaid if you're a silver member at which i am but because i booked througj a third party it was nothing they could do which i tind to be Ludacris. It was undee $7 and i coulndt get a refund. Every hilton ive been too gives me freee water in the room it wasnt clear on what the terms were. The place just sucked and i wont be going back . Customer service doesnt care period

Good hotel at convenient location

Ok hotel with excellent workers. The rooms are clean but some of the privacy signs are missing, which is weird. The indoor pool is too cold even in summer to swim in but the location of the hotel is nice. Upper floors have nice views.
