Was convenient for morning flight. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Little noisy on road side but not terrible and expected that close to the airport. Shuttle was easy to use and drivers were friendly. Will stay again for morning flight at ORD.

Easy overnight at ORD
It fit the bill for an overnight for a flight the next morning. Breakfast looked OK, but we only had time to grab coffee and get the transfer back to the airport, They arrived very quickly.

The front desk staff at check in and check out were first-rate--kind, efficient, and helpful, even as I had a quirk with my room key. And the shuttle drivers were also good. I didn't get to try breakfast. Yet, I paid $25 more for this hotel than nearby competitors because of the reviews for overall condition and cleanliness. My room was mediocre; the bathroom wasn't particularly clean (e.g. hair on toilet and wrapper on floor). The plug ins were old and didn't hold my cell phone charger for more than a few minutes. In short: it is an older facility with great front desk staff, but the facility isn't in a condition to charge more than the La Quinta, for example.
