I chose this location as it was convenient to my meeting destination. The cost and options for parking will keep me from using the location again. Self-parking and valet were too much for overnight. Street parking was difficult to find then using the city's parking app was confusing.

We booked (2) queen beds. Upon our arrival, there were only Kings available. To compensate, they upgraded us to a stunning corner room on the 18th floor (and a free Rollaway bed if we wanted one). So incredibly nice, and such a beautiful property!

Don’t stay here

We came to Chicago for a 2 day show at the Wintrust Arena. The hotel was extremely busy and congested at check in. Way too chaotic, no organization Not a pleasant experience. Vallet was a mess. We got to our room and didn’t have hot water to shower with. Called the front desk to ask for a repair but no one answered d after calling for 40 mins. Ended up taking the elevator down to ask front desk for help. Long story short. We had no hot water. We were late to our event because of the mishaps. We were told the pool was out of service we couldn’t use it, but then there were other people swimming in the pool. And to top it all off we could hear the people partying in the room next to us all night. Even with the tv on. I would never stay here again. NEVER
