There was nothing unique about the property. When we arrived, the shampoo was empty in the bathroom, but the staff replaced it when we told them. At breakfast one morning, eggs and potatoes were not replenished on a timely basis, so we got none. On our last night there, a truck came in with a trailer and took up 5 parking spaces. These spaces were near the front of the hotel, even though spaces for larger trucks and construction trucks are provided in the rear. Maybe there should be someone checking the lot periodically since you were sold out the 3 nights we were there.
Overall good stay except the neighbor that woke us yelling at 1am.
Front desk did address in a timely manner. Just very thin walls.

Where to begin? Well, first night of checking in the guy at the front desk did not even welcomed us to the hotel. Second, found out from a different person in the front desk that house keeping starts between 7am and 8am and that’s only because I had to get fresh towels and toilet paper the last day I was their. Not once the 4 nights 3 day stay did they show any sign that they even came to my room. Hampton Inn disappointed me. From now on I’m skipping this hotel brand. He’ll , the cheapest hotels have better housekeeping services.
Dirty. Room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. The night staff was terrible, a lady at the desk who had no idea how to use her computer to log people in or out and honestly, was twitchy eyed and scary. There was a guy (staff) laying on the couch in lobby watching TV SMOKING A CIGERETTE while I checked out. Parking lot felt unsafe at night, with people sitting in their cars at 3am smoking cigarettes waiting for something. Drugs? Pimps? Who knows. Avoid this location.
Was very happy with this hotel stay. The room was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety of food: waffles, cheese omelets, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, juice, and fresh fruit.
