Hotel staff were very helpful and kind. They made our family feel welcomed and comfortable. The hotel itself has a nice layout and great for the cost. The only downside is the rooms need deep cleaning. There is dust everywhere and the baseboards are gross. The corners of the rooms are full of dust and hair and in desperate need of a really good cleaning. The lamps and art on the walls look like they haven’t been dusted ever. That isn’t the employee problem by the owners of the property need to invest is a serious cleaning company. Other than that great stay. Thanks freehand.

I’m shocked this is an advertised as 4 star property. We paid a high end hotel price to stay in a premium queen which was basically a dorm room. It did its job. The area was really walkable and the hotel was fine but for the rating on Expedia, the reviews, and the price we paid we were expecting a really cute boutique hotel. We don’t spend a lot of time in hotel rooms so it was an okay place to sleep but I would have expected it to cost a lot less.

The room itself was pretty dusty—around the light fixture, the headboard around the bed etc. They said to notify the front desk before noon if we wanted housekeeping to come and tidy up/clean, we did the first day and they never came. We didn’t bother the other days as we were just there for 3 nights. Lastly one of the sink legs was broken upon arrival. I’d say my only complaints are with the room itself. The bar/lounge area was cute, breakfast was decent, and check in/out was quick and easy. Staff was also friendly. Can’t say I’d stay here again — just my preference.

The housekeeping was horrible. Room was dirty and the lighting didn’t work. Bathroom shower liner was dirty and bathroom set up does not work for guests. Right outside the entrance door to the hotel, men were smoking pot. Not a welcoming experience. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and the coffee was good.
