I called and asked if my daughter could bring her comfort cat and they said sure. I booked the room paid for it and when she got there they told her they couldn't allow her in without papwes for her cat. I asked all of those questions and he never mentioned a thing. I had to go through so much to get my refund back and find my daughter another place to go last minute.
