I love that the staff was AWESOME and the room was great only thing I didn't like is that they didn't have a microwave in the building and the parking was expensive but you don't need a car staying down town

The hotel was nice overall. The location was great. My only complaint was that the cleaning staff stole a gold necklace from my room when I was out while they cleaned. Very unacceptable

I Didn't like stay, no microwave, no mini freezer on refrigerator for ice cream. Refrigerator full of Hotel items no room for my stuff, Brought my own snacks Hotel price too high. Room was discounted not worth full price. If I book for full price I would have been very disappointed. At least put microwave on every floor at end of hallway or one in each room. I am use to better service than this. If balcony could be included for sightseeing that would be great. Keep huge discount that's the only way I will and many others will return.Not worth full price!
