• The carpet was stained with a large red mark and was visibly dirty. • The baseboards had a noticeable chunk of wood missing, and there were signs of general disrepair throughout the room. • The shower had black mold around the caulking. • Housekeeping did not service the room on the second day. When I called the front desk, I was told that room service had already left for the day. • The bathroom door did not close properly and had significant wear, including wood missing at the top and bottom. • There was chipped paint and visible damage to the walls and baseboards, particularly near the shower.

I requested a crib three months in advance and there wasn't one available for any of the five nights during my stay. My baby had to sleep unsafely on the bed and I slept poorly every night concerned about his safety. I booked this hotel because it offers cribs, otherwise I would have stayed elsewhere, so I'm very disappointed with that service.

I like the Artdeco theme. It felt light, open and artistic. It was in a presumably safe neighborhood, near bustling city activity and convenient amenities. The rooms’ balconies were inaccessible and it was explained why. The cleanliness was decent but a germaphobe would need to make sure everything is sanitize thoroughly to their liking. Had a good stay and Eurostars has been added to my list of reasonable stays when I visit.

Check-in was great. Felt very welcomed. Did valet parking easily. The staff was very kind & professional. Unfortunately; the night valet driver was not & left my jeep outside up front of the hotel ON for nearly 2 hours, thankfully I noticed it still outside blinking & went downstairs. He saw me and he ignored me when passing me after I said hi to him, then he watched me go to the valet desk as he went to another car. I gave my key to the man at the desk who assured me they'd handle it. It wasn't. There was no mistake in it being left outside & I don't understand why the driver did that. I drove 6 hours myself & was afraid for my drive back in case that messed with my battery being on for so long without the key. I paid $68 for that. Valet & the loud continuous banging in the morning on the walls ruined the experience.
