Not well maintained

We booked a suite that had accessible amenities. I booked the suite so that we could have the additional sofa bed for one of my kids. The sofa area looked so worn and dirty. The pullout bed was so flimsy and the mattress was falling apart. The surrounding furniture was scratched or had peeling veneer. It was not pleasant at all. The worst part was that the shower was not designed properly to drain. The entire bathroom filled up with water when you showered. The floors were wet around the toilet and it took like 5 towels to dry it. It was so gross and slippery. I don’t know how it would be safe for anyone let alone someone with disabilities. Staff was great and super friendly even if they could not fix the problem. The staff at the bar and breakfast were really great too.

The room was nice enough but I wish the staff would clean the room. I stayed for 4 days and sheets were not changed or even made. Trash was not emptied. No one checked the body wash in the bottles to see if they were empty. When u are at a certain level of facility and pay a premium, you expect these items to be completed.

Good place for family

The place is very clean. The pool was very chilly so I don't think it is heated, the kids still enjoyed swimming in it for a while. I thought the breakfast was good, very basic but tasted good.

The hotel was close to the venue we needed to go to. Pool was NOT heated enough to swim/play in. We asked the staff to warm it above 72 degrees and they did. Two days later it was 71 degrees again. Grandchildren didn't even like it so cold.
