I would never stay at this property ever again. There was a wedding party staying at a suite across from my room. They had the music blaring apparently per front desk because the wedding planner from the hotel told them they could play their music loudly. And everyone staying on that floor had to basically suck it up and not sleep for the night.

Called housekeeping because we needed extra blankets and substitutes for a down comforter but it took five calls. Finally later the evening we got it - and tv was broken. Called twice and nobody came to fix it.

Air conditioning barely worked, and the television was fully non-functional. Front desk staff were incredibly unhelpful, and even rude. The rooms and common areas all look very nice, but it’s very skin-deep. Hardly worth the cost

I noticed that on the executive floor there was no snakes or even coffee available to drink with out being chrage . Even water in my room wasnt free. The toliet was messed up had to ask twoce to get it foxed

Everything was great up until the breakfast. I very clearly stated multiple times I wasn’t aware it was a paid breakfast. I saw the menu but thought the stale bakery items were part of a free grab and go. I’m sure it was my mistake but after how many times I announced I thought it was free, I h th ought they would inform me otherwise. Other than the rude waiter the rest of the staff was great.

Horrible Smells!!!

I just could not understand why the rooms smell so bad like bad armpits thru out, there is no fridge or microwave in the rooms. You have to request a fridge I did and the food just went bad & did not make it! they need to upgrade their fridge, rooms & service!!!

This hotel was very dirty, sheets had stains, dirt and stickiness on floor and walls in room and bathroom. Pillows were horribly thin. There was no fridge or microwave. It allowed dogs and could hear barking like crazy. Would never stay again.

We had reserved a room through Expedia for a Saturday night. The rates were good. We paid for an upgraded room, but when we arrived, the room was unavailable. We were given a standard room with 2 queens but were comped for the breakfast buffet in the morning. We were originally given room 611. However, when get got into the room, it was already occupied with luggage, unmade beds, clothing all around. Thankfully, we did not walk in on the occupants. I went back to front desk. They apologized and switched us to another room, 608. After that debacle, the rest of the stay was pretty standard. The comped breakfast was good and the waiters were very professional.

Every staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful and kind. I only wished the rooms had a microwave and minifridge for some snacks we brought. Very clean. Dated but clean.
