Affordable but dated and short staffed
Hotel was in a good location and pretty affordable for last minute reservations, my only issue was that the hotel is clearly dated and one of our rooms still needed the bathroom tub to be cleaned when we arrived (which they cleaned) . Not a bad hotel for a family of four if you just need a bed and don't plan on spending a lot of time in yiur room.

When I first arrived to the hotel everything seemed to be going just fine the attendant was pleasant however we encountered the worst incident that possibly could ever happen there were bed bugs in the bed my daughter was attacked by bed bugs and rushed to the emergency room because of an allergic reaction videotape was taken of the bed bugs and the staff was called to the bedroom I have not heard a response back from the hotel but I am trying to handle the situation with guest correspondence the worst experience of Our Lives

The swimming pool was closed. We thought it was opened booked this hotel so we could go swimming. Told free continental breakfast and it was a $15 fee per person for the breakfast. I would never stay there again called to ask for free breakfast since the pool was closed never got a callback from the manager as I was told I would.

I’ve stayed here in the past, but never had an experience like this. I had to constantly come out of my comfort zone to get towels to wash my body. I was only given one face towel the entire stay. Also the tv in room 430 doesn’t work as advertised. There was no signal the entire stay. The guest services was terrible and customer service was rude. I find it unfair that I’ve spent my hard earned money to a stay that I couldn’t enjoy. I’ve also witnessed people yelling and complaining early in the morning about uncleanliness and having bed bugs. My room was not cleaned one time

Poorly managed with unprofessional staff. The hotel is run down and very dirty. We had 9 rooms booked for a wedding, and every single room had some sort of a problem reported. There’s a strong spice smell all around hotel. This had to be one of the worst locations I’ve stayed at.
