Hotel was clean, very walkable area. Restaurant in hotel had great foodThe only part that was not okay was the parking fee of 60 dollars a night. Already paying to stay there, unsure of why they feel the need to charge for parking as well. Just another rip off.

i wanted to like this hotel. the gentleman at check-in was quite accommodating and very friendly. the entire staff was friendly and helpful (with exception. see below). that's about all this hotel has going for it. • the second evening of my 5 night stay there was an apparent conflict with several guests in their room on my floor. in my hundreds of nights in hotels, i have never heard such screaming. i think (?) the women were intoxicated but can't be sure. the screaming, yelling and outright verbal abuse was so jarring, i reported it to someone at the front desk. it was so bad, i told him i was prepared to call the police. he said he would ask hotel security to check on things. several hours later, upon my return, i asked the same clerk what the status was. he said that he didn't 'have an update from security.' i don't believe he ever asked security to check on the disturbance. is this 'normal' behavior from guests at this hotel? • night #2 of 5 the guests in the room across the hall were having a lively time. i get it. it's christmas. at least it wasn't the screaming match in the other room from the previous night. as i walked out of my room to get ice, a guy came out of the room across the hall from mine, falling down drunk with a bottle of not-sure-what-kind-of-alcohol, the stench of the liquid wafting out of his mouth. • another night. drunk woman on a luggage cart was swinging from the top bar at her room door next to my spouse and children. • didn't feel safe here
