Weekend in Chicago

The hotel was very comfortable and in a great location. The only downside was that we were led to believe that parking was included in our stay. We were told to park in hotel area of parking garage and that we would just need a ticket stamp to validate. Well we were slammed with a $57 bill which we were not expecting. At check in we should have been clearly told about the additional parking fee.

We really enjoyed staying here. The parking was easy to get to. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby is very nice and cozy. It just seems to be an older hotel, so with age some of the fixtures/decor were out dated. That wasn't a problem for me, but it could be for some! It's in a nice area for food that you can walk to. Overall it was a great stay.

Room was hardly cleaned at all. Balcony for the room but unable to smoke or vape on the balcony without $250 fine… ridiculous and pointless to have a balcony when that is specifically what it is intended for. Got me with the smoke and mirrors this time, will stick with Hyatt moving forward

Couples weekend

The only thing you are paying for at this hotel is for convenience. The room was dated, the sockets barely worked. The sink in the bathroom would fill to the top when brushing teeth. The room was clean. We had an issue with the heat in the room the late night front desk agent couldn’t be bothered to deal with it. So it was a little cold. I paid 500 for the room I was expecting a little more for the price. But the restaurant in the hotel breakfast was really great. It was close to everything but parking was such a nightmare.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel was clean, and I felt very safe throughout my stay, which is always a top priority for me. While there wasn’t much landscaping (mostly concrete), and the area was a bit noisy, that’s to be expected given the location. On the plus side, there were plenty of great restaurant options within walking distance, making it super convenient. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
