I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Chicago! Everything is nearby, location is great!! Staff is friendly and helpful, only thing I can say I didn’t like was how expensive parking can be, but then again you are in the big city.

Room was a bit dated. Some of the wallpaper was peeling, missing piece of the mirror above the bedside lamp, missing cabinet door where the mini fridge is located.

Upon arriving to the property, I noticed the front lobby area was not the cleanest. When we got up to our room, it was disappointingly dirty also. The floors had crumbs and stain marks everywhere. The bathroom looked like it was cleaned up in a rush. My wife and I both could not sleep that night due to the uncomfortable bed we were provided. We originally booked for two nights but we checked out the next morning and booked another hotel elsewhere.

We really enjoyed the location. It was close enough to walk to the Navy Pier and the whole area was pretty nice overall. The front desk staff and parking attendants were very helpful. My only complaints are that the pool was really cold and there is no hot tub.

The hotel was very clean and we felt safe. It is near the NorthWestern hospital so you do hear the ambulance often. We used a noise maker app to block it out. It works perfect.

The hotel itself was average and satisfactory. The rooms and hallways were clean. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shopping, restaurants, experiences less than a .5 mile away. The staff were also extremely helpful. The staff really made the hotel a great experience. They never hesitated to help us with questions or anything we needed.
