We had to switch rooms 4 times. The pull out sofa was broken in the first room, second room the mattress still had food on it and stains, and 3rd had heavy urine stains. The entire room was very unclean with food and debris everywhere and the overall state of the hotel is poor and in disrepair. There was also a criminal situation with a trespasser with a ski mask being arrested in the lobby when I was switching rooms. The assailant was right next to me. Also price at property was less than Expedia which is a disappointment.

This is a nice, comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. I love the complimentary water and coffee and tea in the lobby. Easy parking. The breakfast is always very good with a lot of options.

I work in a five star resort in Sunny Isles, Florida, I guess our standards and training are always higher than non-five star hotels, I stay at this Comfort suites Because it’s convenience for me between the city and the airport. Some of the staff are attentive and some are friendly, they try, at least. But the property itself is dated, air conditioner filters are dirty, cracks visible on corners, The carpets are old and are none hyper allergenic, I was always stuffy and sneezing, Blankets are staticky give me electric shocks each and every time because there’s no dehumidification inside the rooms. The housekeepers do a great job in organizing it and putting clean sheets and clean everything but sometimes something dirty slips between washes. The TVs are small and old overall like I said, this place is in need of a make ever!! asap PS I heard the Mary was taking over so nothing’s gonna happen until next year, but at least a little small detail should be taken care of until then!!
