The hotel is small but clean. The breakfast didn't meet my expectations. I know what they offer is an American breakfast, but the eggs were so artificial they were pale and tasted horrible. I asked for a room with two beds, and it was extremely small. The location isn't bad, but it needs some adjustments.

Front desk had no understanding of the laws around service dogs. He tried to restrict my dog and I to the floor that they allow pets on. My room’s AC and fridge were not working, a necessity for me. He offered me a room with two double beds on the “pets” floor but that doesn’t work for me. Lots of people standing around smoking. I got a really creepy vibe and left within an hour of arriving. I don’t know why this hotel gets such good reviews. I’ve never been so turned off and creeped out at a hotel in my life.
