Noisy neighbors
Our stay was good. The accommodations were excellent, and we would stay again for sure. The only drawback was that our neighbors in 733 decided to go in and out of their room at least a half dozen times at 5:30 am and again around 7am we think, and they just let the door slam with no consideration for the neighbor right next door in the same corridor who might have been sleeping. It was very annoying, and we had no way to complain about it.

Location great and staff were nice. Room felt clean for an old hotel. The bathroom was really run down (though, I also think this was due to the age of the building, not lack of cleanliness). Incredibly small room though. Felt cramped with even just 2 people, and I was with my kiddo.

A great stay at Club Quarters Hotel Chicago. They have water refilling stations and a wonderfully helpful staff. Of particular note Adrian our check in Manager was the most welcoming person I have dealt with in years. Thank you Adrian and Club Quarters for a wonderful stay.

Bed was comfirtabke and firm. Room temperature good, but thermostat not working, unable to adjust temperature or see temperature register. Disappointed there was no coffeemaker in the room, nor a fridge...also tv remote would not crossover from tv side to hotel/dining side

The staff has always been top tier that’s why we always go back, the convenience of the restaurant parking all the amenities.. if they can check you in early they will very clean hotel and lobby is well kept clean water and ice

The building itself was really old, the corridors and the suites have not been renovated in a while. The room smelled like rotting fruit and the bed box skirt was stained with who knows what, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. The bedsheets themselves were okay. The bathroom was again really old and there was someones hair on the tile walls in the shower. Not to mention the room was facing a creepy dark alley way. The parking situation in Chicago is just abysmal. The only thing going for this hotel is that the location is fairly central. Overall Experience: Not great :/

I was disappointed with this specific CQ hotel. We've stayed at CQ on Wacker and it was much nicer! The room was incredibly small (the smallest hotel room I've ever seen), rooms were somewhat dingy. And we didn't get the room cleaned and no new linens dropped off. Overall, I would only stay here again if it was the cheapest option and money was tight. Otherwise-spend the extra money for a different hotel.
