Great location, great room
Great location, nice hotel, very modern. Nice bar area. Rooms very small. Pretty tight for two people, but would definitely stay again, especially when by myself. Great lighting and mood lighting

Amazing location! Very hip and full of tech. You can check in / out yourself which is nice but someone is there to assist if you need it. No room service BUT their kitchen is open 24 hours day for some items. People complained about the room being small and it is. However, it had a giant window and never felt like there wasn't enough room. It's just for sleeping. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Sound proof windows and blackout blinds. Everything is controlled by the in room ipad. Glad I tried this place as it was new for me and would have zero hesitation to use again. No parking but plenty of garages close by.

A great stay at the CitizenM at the end of November. I particularly liked how you could control everything in your room from my smartphone or the iPad the hotel provided. Nice bar and lounge area as well as a very convenient location which is close to everything you need. Very friendly staff and will stay at other CitizenM properties based off my experience in Chicago

It was an easy check in process. The property was perfect for what I needed it for. Everything I needed was a mile or less away from the hotel. It’s right around the corner from the brown line if you want to travel via train. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.
