This hotel had everything I needed for my stay close to the Mag Mile. Just around the corner, with a magnificent patio with a lot of seating, heaters and innovate spaces. The rooms are small, but not impractical. The staff are friendly and helped in lots of ways. Luggage storage is available without the bellhop waiting for a tip…. Loved staying here!

I always love staying at CitizenM hotels! The rooms are always very cool and the integrated technology is wonderful. However this stay, I had the best bartenders on 10-11 at night and staff helping! They really went above and beyond to make people feel welcome and taken care of. I cannot wait to get back for my next visit!

Hip and Refreshing Stay
We recently stayed at this hotel in Chicago, and it was a really nice, refreshing change from traditional hotels. The vibe is very hip, casual, and youthful, which we really liked! However, it may not be for everyone, especially if you're used to more conventional accommodations. Our room was cozy and comfortable, though on the smaller side. We loved the unique features, like the different lighting and mood settings in the room, which added a cool, modern touch. One thing to note, especially for families or friends traveling together, is that the shower is see-through. This may not work for everyone, and I don’t recall this being mentioned when we booked. It’s something to be aware of. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Chicago!

Curse words and images of transvestites dancing in elevator were unpleasant. Automated check in service was scary because everything usually goes wrong for me on those without humans to assist. Room bathroom was not private to rest of the room
