Standard room was very small and bathroom was small and dated with barely any counter space. We booked a queen bed room and when we got to our room there was just 2 twins. Overall clean facility and good central location

I book this hotel for a day date (17hr trip) with my wife. My flight was canceled due to Hurricane Helene. I had insurance and was still charged for this hotel. I called to speak with staff.I was told they were refusing to cancel the charges. I called my bank Navy Federal and had the charges disputed. Today I get a email about not sending in proper documents for why my trip was canceled. It was a hurricane that caused the flight and trip to be canceled not myself. They are also requesting the payment back by October 28th 2024.

I liked the hotel from the start of my stay until the end. It was located near things I wanted to see and do while in Chicago. The only thing I did not like was the horrible procedure for getting a cab, but this was not the hotel's fault and did not deter my enjoyment of the place.

In town for Chicago Marathon. Great location! Spacious room with kitchenette. Attached restaurant is perfect. Walkable for restaurants, shopping, touristy areas.
