This was my second visit, and I will continue to come back every time I stay in Chicago! The rooms are nice, and big. If water pressure in the shower is a big deal to you, it’s fantastic here! One of the best things is having the gas station/convenience store within a 5 minute walk.

Not a good emergency hotel. OK otherwise.

This was an emergency hotel after my flight was delayed. The customer service was not very accommodating with check-in/check-out times for somebody arriving at 4 am who needs to sleep, suggesting that I call the manager at 10 am (while I ought to be sleeping) when they get in to request a late check-in. Or else I will be charged for two nights. If this were a hotel in the middle of the city I would understand but this is a hotel right outside of the airport, they ought to be more accommodating as one would expect for an emergency hotel. The actual check-in itself was pretty slow, the counter had a hard time finding my reservation, taking my credit card, etc. .
