Didn’t know I had to be downstairs to order the shuttle half hour before. Hampton inn next door has same shuttle every 15 min. If you’re making a 2:42AM flight that half hour important

Front desk pleasant & helpful. Room clean, attractive, well set up if you're going to cook. Spacious bathroom with big fluffy towels. Comfy bed with good linens. Very quiet. Regarding shuttle to airport; give yourself extra time to get to the airport. The desk calls the shuttle when you are in the lobby with your luggage & inform you it could take 30 minutes to arrive. But I've known it to take longer. If you are arriving at O'Hare in the winter, make sure you have warm gear to wear while waiting outside for the shuttle. I've stayed here 3 times & find it to be a comfortable haven, and nicer than others I've seen at this price point.

It was just a quick stay overnight before we flew out early in the AM. Andre checked us in, made it super easy and he was so friendly and helpful. The condition of rooms, libby etc was great. Beds were comfy...only thing that was not great was the pillows were too soft :)

Good one night stay

Nice hotel. Good transportation from airport . Only things it took little long to get the shuttle. Room was great suite style. We were only for the transit. Only downside is that there is no breakfast. Similar category hotels in this area generally provides breakfast.
