Needs a good cleaning.
The hotel was just okay. We were in town to see a show and the location couldn’t have been better! It’s also very close to tourist attractions, shopping, and restaurants. However, the room needed a good scrubbing. Yikes. It’s a shame because it was a cute space. It just felt icky.

it says game room, but it had a ripped-up pool table, foosball game that was cheap and that was it. dirty tables, empty dirty glasses on tables. game room don't waste your time. Bar restaurant, one guy working waited to be served but never showed up, so we went across the street to eat and drink. Room was nice, front desk personnel were nice. I thought since you're staying at the hotel they would give you a parking discount, but no. location is great for shows.

This has become my favorite Chicago hotel! I love staying in the Loop, especially the theater district! It’s close to shopping, museums and the lake! And the rooms are big and updated! Wonderful place!
