Convenient to Theater District

Convenient location to Nederlander Theater. Just a few blocks walk from the Metra Station. They even watched our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city

I honestly wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, it isn’t a traditional hotel. You have to call the day before if you want your room cleaned and the hotel smells like mold. The rooms were big but they weren’t as cleaned. I am disappointed with my stay at this hotel

Mostly good

Check in was quick. Doormen were great! common areas kept tidy. Room mostly clean. hair and dirt in corners and under bed frame and in/around closet. Toilet clogged and took around 30 mins for maintanence to come assist. He cleared it quickly but left dirty toilet water splashed all over toilet and standing dirty toilet water on the floor. After several calls requesting someone to bring cleaner or something to clean up mess in bathroom an Hour and a half later I went and found a housekeeper and got towels and cleaner and had to clean the mess myself. Location was perfect for exploring the Theater district. Very close to many food choices and shopping.

Great location and generous room size --smaller bathroom sink area. The areas of improvement would be to have a better equipped gym and TVs that guest area able to stream devices -such as Netflix etc.

$57 for self parking is a little high. Valet would be nice as well since the parking garage is down and around the corner. So getting to hotel and back to car with luggage , bags ,etc is a little cumbersome.

Great location and staff!

The staff were absolutely wonderful! I cannot say enough about everyone from the front desk staff to the bartender to security, we had such a positive experience with everyone and felt so welcomed! We were there mainly for theater, so the location was prime. The price was also amazing! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone! The room was small, but was a very efficient use of space and so cute!

I really enjoyed the location! It was super accessible & staff was wonderful. The only thing I wish could be changed is the parking garage is a walk around the corner from the actual hotel but other than that great area & location!

The Cambria was convenient to the Christkindel Market and dining and shopping were also very convenient Hotel was clean and comfortable. A good hotel for the theater district as it was within walking distance to many theaters.

Lacks ADA requirements. The door for the disabled doesn’t work, staff pointed it out as out of order so the handicap button is just for display. Their is a plumbing issue as well, the toilet runs so loudly hard to get uninterrupted sleep. This is without use, itll just run loudly for about a minite every few hours. Staff is not welcoming at all. They are busy on their phones. This is also a hotel that can benefit from digital keys and qrc only and have the front staff at the ground level taking bags to guest rooms while they go park the car. This is a very busy area and having to go all the way to the 9th floor doesnt make travel easy it actually casuing mire chaos and confusing this coupled with a staff that lack written and verbal skills
