Everything was great...area, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, bed! They have a hot breakfast with different options every morning. The bed was very comfortable. The entire place was very clean.

‏It wasn't a bad experience but I saw cicada In my room ‏and There was water dripping from the ceiling onto the towels in the bathroom. ‏The towels were wet. and I barking my car in the back and the back door wouldn't open on the card so I had to walk to the front door.

Good location and we were able to check in early which was really appreciated. The room was in need of a freshen up though, paint peeling off the ceiling and the shower was very difficult to turn the water on. Breakfast was ok, although the hot drinks machine was turned off in the evening & there were no teabags in the rooms

Check in was fast and easy. Less than 5 minutes. Probably the fastest check in I’ve ever had at a hotel and I stay at a lot. The fresh brewed coffee in the mornings was actually really tasty! The coffee machine late at night was also nice to utilize. The rate was great. Disappointed that there is no pool. Staff for the most part was very friendly. The only thing I’ll complain about is that once we got settled into our room I noticed the fake eyelashes on the floor. Kind of gross actually. Everything else was great.

I booked the room ahead of time for a romantic getaway. The room was pathetic and was right outside of the front desk and where you sit to eat breakfast in the morning. Very noisy throughout the whole night and couldn't sleep at all. Staff didn't even clean the room when I stayed 2 days and 2 nights. Mentioned it to the front desk about changing rooms (as soon as I was told where the room was) and them not cleaning it after the first night. Response from the staff seemed lifeless with just a stare and a constant reply of I have no other rooms available. Still didn't clean the room ever 😒 Bathroom door didn't close. When you turn the heat on it smelled like something burning and mildew. The bed was soo sunk in at the middle plus towards the top. Overall the only time I would mention this place to someone else is to make sure that they never step foot in this place or consider the possibility of staying one night of their life at a absolutely horrible pathetically staffed and ran facility during any part of their existence. Just RUN....
