My last night was horrible. Apparently some young mid 20s girls had a party across the hall and was in the hallway fighting on several occasions and I called downstairs to complain was told other ppl had called too but the fighting went on several times after that so when I checked out I mentioned It to the front desk and she was unaware what I was Talking about and it was cameras in the hallway so I told them I would be writing a review cuz I’m a loyal customer and have stayed at several IGH hotels and never experienced this

Bella who checked me in was so kind and helpful. I got a room with two queen beds and it is huge and brand new. Really nice Dove bath products in the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. Hotel is very new and immaculate. Free shuttle to ORD is a huge plus. Highly recommend.

CHICAGO-OHARE LAYOVER
The location was fantastic, conveniently close to the airport. However, be aware that you need to reserve the shuttle a day in advance. Breakfast was decent, and coffee is available around the clock. The front desk staff were exceptional—very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is fairly new, so everything inside looks pristine.
