Where’s the hospitality?

We checked in, took our bags to the room and left for our day plans. When we returned to change for our dinner plans, the room card reader would not work and the hotel staff could not get it to work for over an hour. Our stuff was locked in our room and we could not access it! We missed our dinner reservations and were not offered a discount on the room even. Will not stay again.

Our room wasnt very clean, hair in bathroom, dusk on headboard, stain on furniture, table wasnt clean. Nothing was outrageous, but wasnt very comfortable here as a result

We checked in super late and the staff was available for us, they gave us extra waters and toothbrushes (since we forgot). The breakfast was delicious and the overall vibe was amazing. Definitely don’t overlook Aloft…it’s awesome.

Not accommodating/ risk to guests

Our information was compromised and someone stole our account and had our itinerary. We called to cancel because we were afraid to go to a place where someone had all our info. They absolutely would not bend on changing the date or refunding our key cash. So we had to let the night lapse and lose the time with our family. Horrible customer service. Hotels.com even tried to get them to change their mind and they would not bend.

Great Stay.

We came to Chicago to see a show. We were able to check in a little early without question. The room was on the smallish side but designed very efficiently. The bed was comfortable and had a huge TV! The lobby was very clean and modern. Easy access to Uber.
