I loved the location of this hotel. It was near the Navy Pier and walkable to many dining and bar options. Close enough to the Loop trains and the river walk. I felt no issue with safety walking around at night on the weekend. The rooms were clean & comfortable. I am used to city sounds so being on the 5th floor where I could here some street noise and trucks was not an issue for me.

Disappointed in this hotel. I had high hopes that this would be my go to Chicago hotel. The lobby is super cute and welcoming. But the rooms need some major work. Ended up having to switch rooms at 3am do to some type of bug bites! We were told to talk to the manager in the morning but of course nobody was available to talk. We were given a number to call but it’s impossible to get in contact with anyone about the issue!
