Would absolutely recommend for a hotel, especially as a foreigner, staff was super helpful and friendly, everything was easy to navigate Japanese/ English. Transportation was fairly easy, close to everything for walking. Breakfast was very nice.

送迎バスの時間帯は要チェックです
最寄り駅から片道徒歩40分は疲れましたが良い運動になりました。朝と夕方以降には送迎バスがピストン運行されている為、時刻表を確認後は移動に苦はありませんでした。また、ホテルの周りには飲食店は何もなく、コンビニが一軒のみなので、そのつもりで利用されればリーズナブルな良いホテルだと思います。

JR京葉線の駅から距離がちょっとあるが無料送迎バスがあるので心配はいらない、周辺は静かですがファミマ１軒しかないので必要なものは駅前のマリンピアで調達するといいですね、部屋のバスルームへの出入りの段差が僅かで快適に過ごせます、お勧めです。

良くも悪くもシンプル
必要なものはとにかくなんでもロビーに置いてあるからお待ちくださいスタイルです。なんでもあるけど、部屋に持っていかなかったら何にもない部屋になります。歯ブラシやパジャマですらロビーです。 なので、当方は風呂上がりに綿棒が欲しかったですが、もらい忘れて入浴してしまったので取りに行くのが面倒で結局いただきませんでした。 簡単な朝食を用意しますと聞いていただきましたが、十分でした。ごちそうさまでした。 建物が新しくとても清潔でした。レインシャワーは、ない方がいいかなと。(その名の通り、レバー間違えて降られました)
