Very clean, had good options for food at the hotel and the area around was great. It was close to the train station and also enjoyed that it had a walkway to the makuhari messe.

The property was close to the JR train line so it made for easy transit to Disneyland. They even had a free shuttle to the train station in the early morning. Also there were paid limousine bus transfers to Hanada and Narita airports. Wonderful views and the Onsen was great

its my 4th time to stay in apa hotel we like hot spring here and the covinience going to makuhari messe,i just want to make them improve the system of getting the reservation room ,we booked 1month before of our stay,but everytime we checked in its hard to get a room that near to everyone,just i said we booked 1month before our stay why they can't prepare a room that next to one of us

Rooms in the shorter tower need updating. Our window didn't seal so there was a draft and noise from outside all night. Lobby and hotel facilities are beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. Checkout time is 10:00 am. There is no ability to control the heat or A/C within the room itself.

As I visit Japan around this season every year i regret not booking at this hotel. It is close to the Kaimmakuhari station if you ever want to travel to tokyo and back in 3 hrs max. 全部はすばらしいです。来年はいきます！ありがとうございました!

Get a room facing the bay on a high floor and you will likely sit for hours staring out the huge window overlooking Tokyo with Mt. Fiji in the background! I've come to appreciate APA hotels for their affordability and cleanliness, this particular location is special. I would gladly pay double simply for the view, it was worth every penny and I will stay here again just for that!
