Absolutely loved this hotel! Staff are so sweet and helpful; loved our room & pool, packed with every amenity. Just a beautiful oasis in the middle of Chiang Mai. The food choices were broad and excellent - we especially loved afternoon tea daily and those passion fruit shakes. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Sad to leave such a special place - up there with my favorite properties in the world! Hope to return some day!

This was my husband and is favorite hotel stay out of all the places we stayed in Thailand on our honeymoon. The staff was unbelievably attentive, helpful and welcoming. The property is beautiful. If you’re thinking about getting one of the pool suites just do it! It was so worth it. They’re heated and make for the perfect relaxation activity after long days of exploring Chiang Mai. The location is excellent. So walkable to many restaurants, spas, etc.

This was one of the nicest hotels in which I ever stayed. The property was amazing, and the staff was also so very kind and accommodating. They really made our trip so special. I don’t normally write reviews, this place was so amazing I feel compelled to do something in return. Impeccable service, amazingly polite friendly staff. Seriously one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We had the glass pool suite for our honeymoon. Free minibar, free afternoon tea and breakfast everyday. No request was too big, they went above and beyond and looked after us very well. Thankyou so much to all the team there, we will be back!

Excellent service all around. Beautiful interiors. Breakfast and tea have superb food. My only drawback was size of room and lack of storage. You need to be resourceful. Bathroom on the other hand is huge. I would come back.

This property is so beautiful and dainty. The attention to details were amazing. The staff is wonderful and very kind and respectful. We had early tours and they accommodated us by packing our breakfasts before we left. The food was also very good. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s amazing! It’s close to evrything.
