Incredibly friendly staff. Super quiet hotel. Great location that was close to the main roads but had the advantage of being on a quiet street located near many good food and drink options. The family room is quite large, and 'king size' beds are American -size 'king.' There are two free/community clothes washers on the third floor, which is an incredible amenity to have Breakfast in the morning is quite diverse with a decent selection even if you are vegetarian or vwgan. Each pot of coffee is made from freshly ground beans, and the pancakes are a particular favorite-so light and fluffy!

great stay

I really liked this hotel. The location was great. There is a place to do your laundry and laundry services nearby. Breakfast was very good. Good AC. The rooms aren't very sound proof so you could hear everything that was going on outside and there were very loud fireworks every single night (during Loy Krathong) past midnight. Would definitely stay here again but maybe not during a festival.

Centrally located and easy walking to all sites ,open air markets and great food nearby. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Pool very clean and lots of common areas to enjoy outside your room. Breakfast had lots to choose from

Quiet, nice, price worthy in prime location

Very close to the famous Tha Pae gate, but on a quiet side street. Nice small garden with pool. Spacious rooms. Good shower. Nice breakfast buffet with toast, cereals, yoghurt, juice, fruit and a choice of 5 different hot dishes with egg, sausage etc. A small minus for margarine instead of butter. Good coffee. Nice, helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel close to everything

The rooms are set around a beautiful pool courtyard. There are nice outdoor sitting areas but the outdoor smoking areas are close by so you can get some smoke. Our room was near the entrance so it can be a bit loud as people come and go.

A very nice place within the old city walls, lots of plants and trees around the grounds that give a feeling of nature. The rooms are well decorated and well maintained, beautiful tiles and a good shower with hot water. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. I would most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, Clean and Comfortable

I stayed her 3 time as I used Chiang Mai as a base for traveling around the northern part of the country. The first (and 3rd time) I had a room upstairs with a double bed. This is the room that made me book again! It was perfect! Clean & cute! Comfortable bed, coffee in the room, good size bathroom with nice shower. My second stay was in a room downstairs with 2 twin beds. It all of the above but the walls were cracked and a bit sorry in places. It was right next to the pool and social area, so I had people talking outside of my room until after 11 pm. If I stayed in that room the first time, I think I would have looked elsewhere for my other nights. Every time I stayed the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice breakfast included. WiFi was good. It is walkable to a lot of cool place to see including temples and street markets. Overall I highly recommend this place. Ask for a room upstairs or away from the gathering areas.
