The hotel is reworking the older part of the building. We stayed in the newer and it was nice (family room). Pool is nice on a hot day (everyday in Thailand) and is reasonable sized. We had them tend to the room every third day but they provided water and TP everyday. Heading back in two weeks for a few days before we fly out.

Small hotel with pool. One old part with spartan bedrooms and a new section with more comfottable rooms. Pool in shade all day, so water is cold although that can be a blessing in very hot weather. Decent breakfast at competitive price.

Good location

Nothing special, small cold pool, staff friendly but not exceptional. Restaurant a bit more expensive than others close by. Better options for tours and arranging taxi around. A clean hotel and great location.

I very much liked a lot about this hotel. The location, staff was nice, water was hot, and price was right. However... I've slept in quite a few thai hotels over the years and these beds are significantly harder than usual. It really was tough for me to sleep well here. If you sleep on your back, you will be fine. But side sleepers beware... Maybe if I were still in my 20's, I would be OK here but next time I'm in Thailand I will search for a softer bed. Side note - The pool doesn't get much sun so the water is very "refreshing"!

Quiet with nice pool

Hotel is nothing special but also not bad. Nice pool and area around it. Free hot water all day and coffee in the morning. Convenient location next to a wat. Quiet yet very close to everything. Could use a little updating but staff is nice and speak great English.

Great value

A great guesthouse with friendly helpful staff. The location is great with everything within walking distance. The attached coffee shop and restaurant is great value and serves good food. The swimming pool is a great amenitie on those hot Chiang Mai days. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time I'm in the area.

Lovely comfortable bed, great location

I stayed at a few places in Chiang Mai this was the best one. The beds were really comfortable and it was nice to have a pool to relax at and cool off in. The room had air conditioning, fans & a fridge

Perfect stay in standard double room

Attentive staff and clean, simple accommodation in a great location. It wasn't very hot during our stay, so no need for aircon and the shower was hot and great after a long day of trekking. Easy walking to anything you need - atms, cafes, restaurants and bars. There is even a temple next door. We rented bikes for the day and found we had an easy pickup location for the excursions we took. Very friendly staff and nice to have fresh bottles of water waiting for us each day. Nothing fancy (for the standard room) but more than sufficient for a nice stay in Chiang Mai.

A nice place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Very nice place to stay, above average. Not fantastic ofc as its only 2 stars but a high 2 stars. Pool is nice if a little cold as it doesn't get warmed by the sun all that much as its situated between 2 buildings but still nice on a very hot day to cool off in. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Would recommend. Good for the price. Very comfortable, felt very welcomed.
