Got Food Poisoning from Room Service
Ordered room service, spent the next ten hours vomiting and the next few days with diarrhea meaning I couldn't leave the room as I needed a bathroom. Had to cancel all my tours and saw none of the city. When I raised this to management they gave me like a $10US credit for the bad meal. I will no longer bring my business to Marriot, they ruined my trip with poor food safety and didn't do enough to make it right.

There was issue with door lock on Day 1 .The door was not closing when leaving the room.It was fixed right away.On the 4 day same problem you have to pull door handle with quite of a force to close the door when leaving the room.Hotel was informed.I was checking out in the morning next day and that they can take care of the matter tomorrow

Loved all of it. Would highly recommend. Staff facilities, room, area, food, etc. were all fantastic. Will be going back for sure. Prices are a little high compared to local spots, but that is too be expected—the convenience and quality are well worth it.

The Marriott in Chiang Mai was great. The people there are so warm, caring, helpful. Had a problem with a lost passport. They immediately contacted both the airline and the taxi. One staff person- Man -was wonderful. First he spoke English so well and second he was always ready to help. The area around has everything. The breakfast is varied and good. The pool is nice.

There are 2 things that I dislike about this hotel, the lobby and the breakfast areas because they were always busy with lots of traffic and kids running around everywhere. The reception staff were pleasant though.

We stayed for 4 days. The hotel is nice and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, no matter those at lobby or club lounge. We feel so welcomed and warm in Marriot. Food at club lounge is unexpectedly good. The food choices during happy hour time is awesome. We dun even need to eat outside at all! Spa at the hotel is good too! My therapist, Jiab is so nice and with great technique! I experienced the best massage here! Highly recommended!

M Club staff were excellent, food a little bland. Rooms very clean and modern. Gym and the gym staff were awesome. Perfect location short walk to all entertainment and restaurants.
