Our entire floor reeked like body odor, grime, and cigarettes. Staff was slow with check ins. The had a lot of hair in the sheets. Would not recommend!

Didn’t have a king that we reserved, gave us a queen with no discount and the queen wasn’t even a queen bed! Room was right next to the door to parking lot and ice machine with constant traffic! We were there for 4 hours and just checked out and left! Never again!

I had booked a king suite and was given a small junior suite with a full size bed. I requested a room change but was not offered a refund or discount. The hotel was under renovation and dirty. The toilet did not flush properly and the tub drained slowly to the point where we had to stand in water when showering.
