The staff here were very friendly and accomodating during our stay. The room was large and had a small kitchenette. Our only complaint was that being right by the stairwell our room, we were woken up a few times by people coming and going.

We were promised a first floor king. When we checked in they said we had a 2nd floor king. We called to make sure we had 1st floor as there were some physical issues. We don’t like being lied to. We won’t recommend or stay here again. Lying isn’t acceptable!

Room smelt strong of dog urine. Late night staff was sweet and accommodating while the morning staff seemed to be awkward and unable to properly check up out or answer questions. We had to explain repeatedly we were checking out not in and wanted a receipt. Breakfast was great once we got the dinning staff to refill the food. Overall we are thankful we had a warm place to lay our head on this long travel.

The Staff especially the young lady at the desk was very personable. Close to railway tracks that ran at 4am, every time either the occupants above or next door used the shower or something the water pipes would rattle.
