Very nice and clean

Easy check in wish I could remember her name. Super nice even though we requested first floor when booking due to medical issues she had no problem switching us. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast continental was okay, the attendant was nice and kept the tables, counters, & supplies stocked & clean. They did not have cream cheese for the bagels which was odd?? But the hot foods were great.

Pool heater wasn't working. "You can use it if you like 60 degree water." In our oom we saw fresh blood on our neatly folded hand towel, brown and black hairs in the sink and tub, mud along the edge of the tub. Breakfast was pathetic, no milk, yogurt, eggs, meat, cups. When questioned, I was tiki the truck wouldn't arrive until later in the week. No one's authorized to go to Walmart? HGTV episodes were from 2015! Towels were threads and small, and we were staying in the new addition.

The pool was broke. Room keys didn’t work. Breakfast was all around terrible. Staff were decent. The bathroom was dirty and smelt like urine. The bathtub wouldn’t drain. There was a cat in a room close I heard all night. People next to us left their trash in the hall outside their room so the hall smelt of old food.

Liked everything great price, very quite, comfortable bed . Just a little disappointed with breakfast was told had hot breakfast with eggs and bacon or sausage. No bacon or sausage just eggs.

The man at check-in was very helpful. One of our three rooms was not clean when we entered and we had to get a new room. Another room had old food in the fridge and stained sheets. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. The pool was a big disappointment. It is set at 72 degrees. It’s so cold all the kids were red when they got out. The pool room floor is really really slippery; A guest fell while we were there and had to be ambulanced away. We asked for room service since we had an extended stay. We expected cleaned beds, new towels and dirty towels taken. Instead we found a pile of new towels on the bed and that’s it. I try to be honest in my reviews without being fussy. I would not choose this hotel again.
