This hotel has amazing views. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was once very very nice but has gotten old. It's still nice but a little worn. Everything was clean and neat. The restaurant on site is fantastic, everything I ate there was over the top delicious, breakfast lunch and dinner.

This property is in a great location across the road from the harbour however it is such a shame that the property has been allowed to deteriorate so badly. It is in great need of upgrading and modernization e,g, We had hoped to use the pool but with much of the floor tiles missing it was unappealing. If you are looking for the hotel just look for the restaurant 'AMINA' on the main floor - as the hotel sign is frustratingly tiny, tough to read and placed on a side wall. j

A must stay.

This hotel was amazing. The view was incredible!!! The city is so friendly. Amazing food!! So much night life. This is a must stay. It was VERY clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful. A great location. Will def go back.

Falta de mantenimiento y descuido de la gerencia

Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque el aire hacia mucho ruido, tronaba toda la noche y se congelaba, nos cambiaron de cuarto y lo mismo hacia ruido y goteaba, en términos generales habitaciones descuidadas oliendo a humedad la primera sin pata la cama, se nota que no hay mantenimiento las ventanas sucias, el personal dice que ha reportado a gerencia pero no les hacen caso. Se nota que el gerente no se para por el hotel lámparas unas con focos otras no muy malas condiciones

Excelente el personal. Las instalaciones el pésimo estado. Limpias pero muy antiguas, cancelamos una noche por contratiempos con la conexión del viaje, y aún no me resuelven acerca del reembolso y se informó con tiempo. Esperemos resuelvan lo antes posible.
