Great stay yet again
Great hotel in a good location. Nice food and friendly staff The only (very minor) downsides are that the room could have done with being a tiny bit warmer, and the parking is tricky

Definitely 3*. Room was OK but little or no internet connection - if you do need this -don’t stay here! Breakfast was limited - sausage beans,bacon,hash browns,veggie sausage on request - eggs were not nice and restaurant was busy -service good though. Parking was £12 a day. We like to enjoy online later evening but lack of online connection spoiled it. Convenient walk into Chester.

Chester is lovely Yhe mill is a Nice Hotel although rather dated as an old converted mill , The steam room was out of order but the pool was nice . good Breakfast only evening meal on Sunday was a Xmas menu which was £25 per person wine was £30 a bottle but it was a break so we had the beef which was nice . Nice old pub around the corner union vaults £14 a bottle of wine

Rooms a little dated,shower curtain not so clean,ordered 1 sandwich and a side order of chips at lunchtime in a empty bar,took about 25 mins to come after having to remind them.But saying that the,staff are friendly and the hotel is walking distant to shops,bars and restaurants.

Stayed here before and it was in need of refurb than. You pay for the spa but as we don’t use it it makes it expensive for the room. Shower over bath and really old toilet flush system, lighting from ‘80s. Bed like sleeping on a door far too hard including pillows. Good breakfast and lovely staff. £12 night parking to leave by midday a step too far!

The hotel is not easily accessible for city centre.The floor in the bedroom was more comfortable than the chair. The bed was really uncomfortable. The hotel was totally uncooperative when asked to change dates due to last minute hospital appointment, because the booking had been through Expedia they didn’t want to know. Because we hadn’t booked direct with the hotel we were charged £12 per night for parking which is free if you direct with the hotel. It is the only hotel in the world that I have ever had to book a time for breakfast. Needless to say we will never return to The Mill

Good centre hotel
Good value for money staff very pleasant. Bar/restaurant area was good too. Room although clean was a little dated and could do with a re vamp The location of the hotel with parking was great so we would stay again

This property had all the amenities we required. The staff on arrival were pleasant and helpful. Room alllocated over the bridge on second floor. Good space, comfy bed, tea/coffee facilities nice clean towels ect., Bar service was good and again staff pleasant and interactive. We didnt have an evening meal due to attending an event. However, breakfast was good with buffet service and plenty available! Parking was easy and £12 for 24 hrs. The hotel is in walking distance to town centre. All in all great hotel and will be booking again when we come to the races next year! All in all really please with the hotel
