Loved the property, the service and the people working there. Only drawback was the car park is a pretty good walk away. Not a problem though. Just warning people that are driving in to unload your luggage before you go to the car park. Thank you for a great stay

Beautiful property great staff. Loved the breakfast in the restaurant too. Super convenient for us visiting family, perfectly located for everything we needed. Car parking was a bit of a pain in the Pepper Street car park and very difficult to get out (more instructions from hotel staff may have helped) - we would probably find alternative parking another time. However, absolutely wonderful stay in the hotel and will definitely be returning.

Lovely hotel, highly recommended

We chose this hotel based on the good reviews. Staff were really friendly & very attentive to our needs. We were given the option to pay for an upgrade at a discounted price but we chose to stay in the room we had originally selected. The room was a good size, modern, clean & comfortable. There were treats in the room which were replenished when our room was cleaned. The bathroom was really modern and had all the toiletries you’d need. Location was good too, Grosvenor Park was just across the road and the main town centre was a few minutes walk away. We left our car in Pepper St car park for 48hours and paid the hotel discounted rate of £24 when we left. Would highly recommend this hotel, we loved it.

Worth staying for lots of reasons

Great welcome. Excellent breakfast - cooked to order. Lovely hotel and rooms. Great location for centre of Chester. No onstie parking but only 5 minute walk to surface NCP.
