This is a terrible hotel. It was so dirty I was worried about bed bugs! Asked to change rooms for a cleaner one. Dirty elevators, lazy staff.

Room was not the cleanest, but not as terrible as some I have been in. Walls are thin and you can hear every sound from rooms adjoining. My biggest complaint would be kids that were running up and down the hall all night and slamming doors. The front desk said the kids and there parents were living there. Staff was extremely kind and helpful!

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and nice. I would recommend staying there to everyone who is looking for a hotel in Sylva.

It did the job. Good for a short stay

We got the queen suite and it was very big, spacious, and clean. We were there for 2 days and location wise it was perfect for all the visiting we were doing. The breakfast is very simply, they have a waffle machine, basic fruits, cereal, and a coffee machine. The only complaint I have is the lights in the room. That ugly florescent lighting was HORRIBLE! It felt like being in a hospital room. I recommend they have a lamp so the room isnt in bright white. Especially when you are trying to wind down for the night. If they do that change, that would be it perfect!

They sent an email for me to check-in before I got there. I had done that once before and all I had to do was stop and get my room key. This time, my check-in hadn't been processed and I had to wait. And, the new manager had me fill out a form I didn't need to fill out. The TV in the room didn't work.
