I recently stayed at Regala airport hotel and had a mixed experience. The property itself is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, a good location, very close to the airport, and nice amenities. However, the service from the staff left much to be desired. While the staff were professional, they lacked warmth and attentiveness, which made the overall experience feel impersonal. Simple gestures like a warm greeting or proactive assistance were noticeably absent. Yet the shuttle bus driver, he was very nice. Hospitality is more than just providing a place to stay—it’s about making guests feel welcomed and valued. Unfortunately, that aspect was missing here. While I appreciated the hotel’s facilities, I believe better customer service would significantly enhance the guest experience. If the staff were more engaging and attentive, this hotel could truly stand out. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration because the potential is there. Until then, I’m unsure if I’d return or recommend it to others.

convenient location, but far from shops/restauran.

nice hotel near the airport. the hotel is easy to get to using the airport express station. the facility for eating was limited. lots of youths from other Asian countries as visitors.

Good to use for a event at Expo

Location was good, 3min by bus (free) from the airport and 5min walk from the train station + 30mins to town by train The room was very small although I was upgraded to a suite. You can leave your luggage until 11pm on your last day after check out and go to airport by bus so it was convenient.

Grand entrance but the room was very small! No space for our suitcase and we had to lay them on the floor and jumped over them! Staff are friendly and taxi to the hotel from the airport only cost $30, not bad! My partner ordered a double espresso and it came very watery and horrible, costing $68 and it was served in a paper cup, how disappointing!

I use the water dispenser on the 11th fl by 11075. Used twice. Got sick twice. Threw up. Ended up buying 4 coke zeros to drink . No problem with stomach with the coke. You should have someone check for contamination from dispenser
