Very convenient for the airport - the free airport shuttle was fantastic and so helpful. The room we stayed in was compact but didn’t feel cramped whilst including a king size bed!

A nice room, but a bit clinical for me in terms of decor, but still a good room. Generally clean, but does have mould around some of the grout and flaking on metal fittings.

Stay was fine for the 1 night, train and a short walk to the hotel however staff are not friendly at all. Check in staff we’re basically rude, no friendliness at all, check out staff were no better either, if you want a coffee then you have to pay £7 at the cafe next to reception but they don’t let you sit down or wait near the counter if you don’t have an premium room you have to wait at the line and have a guy throw a calculator at you because he doesn’t have the decency to talk to you. If you want to stay in the reception area after check out as you have a late flight then be ready to be stared at and have someone want to take your coffee you just payed £7 for off you every 10 minutes. Shame as the hotel and room was nice but absolutely terrible staff. The feel they absolutely don’t want to be their at all.

I am very sorry that I can't understand why the staff would speak Mandarin, but not English, when they see people, who look like Chinese. Is that the hotel mainly serving people from Mainland China? Also, if one of the two keycards is only for electricity and not for opening the door, isn't it better to explain to the visitors during check-in? Better not to let the visitor to keep testing in front of the room!

We arrived after a long flight and it was late at night. We went to the 3rd floor restaurant and had a wonderful time with the server Danyul, the bartender (forgot name), and the outstanding chef! It was quite a treat with these three! Ty for the wonderful service and food!!!
