Good value and service
Good location for budget hotel - and excellent transport links. Hard to find though as there is major construction underway all around, and so don’t trust your google maps, and more signage would be helpful. (I can see the door, just can’t get to it!!!) Hotel staff super-helpful and friendly, although there were issues with the booking from Hotels.com not on systems. Breakfast is pretty limited choice but sufficient. Room is basic but comfortable, good bathroom and shower, and clean.

Staff were amazing especially Che.. and Roshani . The only problem , the aircon was not working much and not much to see in Renens..! but apart from those little things , Overall great stay...!

Hôtel épuré
Hôtel neuf. Propreté, literie, climatisation nickel. Les murs des chambres sont en béton brut, pour ma part j apprécie un peu plus de chaleur dans la déco. Pas de parking affecté à l'hôtel pour l'instant en travaux.

This hotel is very beautiful. The staff is very professional and very kind. The room it was very confortable and clean, and very modern. The breakfast is amazing. There are a lot of things, also the special milks no lactose or vegetal

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend. Aber die Hotel Umgebung ist noch nicht fertig und der Eingang zum Hotel ist schwer zu finden.

Neu ist nicht immer besser
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher mager. Obwohl das Hotel ganz neu eröffnet wurde, knarzt und quietscht vieles schon und Funktionen z.B. beim Fernsehen oder die Aufzüge funktionieren gar nicht mehr. Die schönen Möbel sind alle aus Plastik und es kommt ein IKEA-Feeling auf. Unsere Zimmerkarten mussten jeden Tag neu geladen werden um überhaubt ins Zimmer zu kommen. Momentan steht noch kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, das vom Hotel vorgeschlagene Parkhaus hat uns allerdings für 5 Tage fast 300.- zusätzlich gekostet. Nichts desto trotz waren die Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben geholfen wo immer sie konnten.

A la limite d'un 2 etoile
La chambre est correcte, la literie moyenne , les equipements limite. Le grand point faible est l'accessibilité pas claire au premier abord des chantiers autour de l'hôtel. Le service nettoyage fait le strict minimum.
