The Lodge provided a comfortable base for our stay on Lookout Mountain. The accomodation was spacious, well organised and of a high standard. It was conveniently located for our visit to Ruby Falls and a number of restaurants and shops were just a short drive away. We had booked this accommodation partly for the self catering option....and it did have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. However, the basic kitchen equipment was limited to a small amount of plastic cutlery and glasses, and paper cups for the coffee. With only one small plastic bowl for use in the microwave, our menu options were limited. However, the homely feel and comfort level compensated for this and we would recommend it as a place to stay.

The lamp between the beds had a broken chin switch and the lamp socket was also loos in the fixture, and the lamp obviously would not work, The toilet seat was loose on the left hand side and difficult to use. The shower was out of body wash soap. It was convenient and neat to have a retro 50's style refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee pot, most of which were not used. The moon pies were a blast from the past and a nice touch.

Comfy clean and fun
We had a fabulous time. The Lodge was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too. Coffee was provided as well as simple eating utensils. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided. The dispenser for body wash was empty. I was going to text them to ask for some, but before I could they texted me to make sure everything was ok. Once I told them someone was there within 30 minutes. Some of the other reviews mention how close the lodges are to the road, as most of them stated, traffic noise really was no issue. It was not really fancy, very simple and comfortable. But we had activities planned and a room with pools and weight rooms and such were not any thing we would have used. Why spend $175-300/night and basically only sleep in the room. I would stay here again and recommend to a family or friend. And it’s SO close to everything you might want to do

Amazing Stay – Exceeded Expectations! I recently stayed at The Lodge at Lookout Mountain and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment I we arrived at the property we were completely in shock from the views there and the views driving in. The check-in process is super smooth and quick over text. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was stunning. The attention to detail throughout the cabin was impressive, from the quality of the linens to the luxurious toiletries provided. What truly made the stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything we needed.

Big bang for the buck!! SO cute!!
We stayed in room #3, which was decorated so cute and retro! We loved the comfy bed, the turquoise mini fridge, and microwave, and was pleasantly surprised by the Keurig with plenty of K-cups, creamer, sugar, etc!! The only negative at all is that the complex is right on a busy highway, so the traffic created a lot of noise. We just turned the fan on the H/A unit, which drowned it out. Overall, we were very pleased with the room, the complex (my husband took a nice nap out back by the firepit), and for the price, we will definitely be back in the future!!

Lodge at Lookout Mountain is a very nice property. The room is very spacious and clean, with great appliances and comfortable beds. The only drawback is that it is right by a big road. It is quite noisy at night and I feel I am exposed.. Besides, driving into the lodge is also a bit scary. Lookout Mountain is quite nice and close to downtown (10 minutes drive).

Dirty couch, dirty bed sheets, nasty mold smell, dirty shower. Cars flying by, lodge basically on street. Very disappointed that Expedia recommended this place. Ruined my anniversary weekend. I spent 2 nights and they did not address the issues till the next day in the evening. Great! When my trip was almost over. The first night we had to use towels to go to sleep. We did not know where to sleep! Do not recommend!! I have pictures i would love to upload.

small but clean
We only stayed one night so the room served it's purpose. However, it was SO small, an extended stay would not have been comfortable. the bathroom was so small I wasn't sure if my husband would be able to get in the shower. Other than the size, the room was extremely clean and for a quick one night stay close to Ruby Falls and Lookout mountain, it was sufficient.
