It wasn’t the property. It was the room that we stayed in was so dark even with the lights on they were so dim and we’re just older and it’s hard for us to see The other thing was I was kind of disappointed because nobody would come in the room and do a tidying up and put in fresh towels. I always had to call and ask for towels and wash rags and ice. I’m just old school and I know somebody told me they don’t do that anymore since Covid but I think that’s something that you might wanna consider bringing back and the other thing is that we stay there but you still had to pay for coffee that should be complementary other than that I would have to say the outside surrounding areas was great. It was easy to get in and out of my room

This is a very nice hotel in an up and coming neighborhood. Many great options for food, and places to grab a drink. Two brewing companies within walking distance. It did cost extra to park so keep that in mind. Beds were great, we had a patio that we sat at in the evening and the pool is nice. Only complaint the walls are thinner because it’s an older hotel and our neighbors were a little loud until late. But all in all it’s a great place in a very nice area.

I would have given The Hotel Chalet a 4 star, as it was a good hotel. The service and friendliness provided by Cory their bellman is what forced me to give this hotel 5 stars. The hotel itself has a fun theme and the rooms are cool and spacious. The front desk was nice, but did not show much personality. Cory was extremely helpful, knowledgeable of the area, provided a tour of the hotel. That hotel needs to do what they can to keep him, because he made the stay great as opposed to decent to good.

Perfect hotel, we came to relax at the very nice pool. Didn't happen. Parents with screaming children at the pool and no respect to other guests. Kids will be kids cool. But not acceptable. Left us looking for a more adult friendly stay next trip
