They should not charge for parking or coffee. Parking charge is outrageous!!!! $19 for one night! It’s not Manhattan!!!!! While there is coffee in your room you have to settle for fake creamers- yuck!! Or you have to pay $3 for coffee in the lobby & then there’s only one small size so you would have to walk back down for a second if you wanted more. Hardly “boutique”

This was one of best hotel values I've ever had. It had actual pillows with stuffing as opposed to the generic flat hotel pillows and a shower with great water pressure. The hotel is very cute and located right in the middle of downtown making most things walkable.

We were unaware there was a charge for parking At the hotel until checkout. We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed for two days during our stay. The Caboose staff seemed poorly trained as he was unaware of drinks listed on the menu and where to find ingredients. He also had difficulty charging it to our room with the computer. Upon arrival, Cory’s assistance, orientation and welcome was exceptional.

It was as expected…with the exception that housekeeping came and ‘tidied up’ and didn’t leave any towels. I imagine staying in one of the rail cars would make it worth it, but there are clearly motel room types and ours felt like an of holiday Inn. On a positive note, the bar staff at Elsie’s Daughter and The Caboose were fantastic!
