My room was fine, but the walls were like paper I could hear people outside on the patio talking loud, and in the hallway outside my door which woke up my one year old. The faucet in the bathtub dripped. The toilet didn’t fill up with water I had to push the handle up to get it to stop running. There seemed to be only one luggage cart. The hallways were hot like a sauna. The bed was like a rock. And there was a bunch of cheerleaders and their moms letting them run around jumping from hot tub to pool screaming and splashing my friends even when asked to stop and then speaking to a manager.. definitely not worth almost $300!

Staff was great!

I agree with most of the other reviewers that the property shows a little wear and tear but overall it was very nice and the staff is excellent! We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub too!

Me and my wife had a horrible experience with the Staybridge suites, the staff were very rude and not helpful to were our room was or anything. The hotel room was just really musty, dusty and gross smelling. Our shower head was broken off so you had to hold the handle and bath if you wanted a shower, and the shower was also very moldy and gross. We are staying for a wedding today and my wife is in it but I’m not and the wedding doesn’t start till 4. When I went to ask a representative about extending my stay a little bit longer maybe till 2 from checkout which was 12 o’clock, he said there is no availability at all, absolutely none. So yeah our stay wasn’t a pleasant one.

We paid 300$ for one night and it was HORRIBLE!! The tub was broken! The beds were hard as a rock! The manager wouldn’t do anything about the 12 kids and their DISRESPECTFUL parents! We couldn’t use the pool even though that’s the ONLY reason we got this hotel. This was a HORRIBLE experience and I will not be returning!

Dirty and Old

The hotel was well located but that was about it. The room looked like it hadn't been updated in 20 years. The sofas looked like a cat had scratched the sides, it was dirty and old. It definitely needed an update. I forgot to take more photos (the kids were sleeping) but I got a few - the bugs in the light, hair in the tub, chipped furniture etc. It was really hard since our baby is currently crawling and it made my stomach turn to think about him all over the hotel room floor. We decided that we'd take a break from the room and go swimming. The swimming pool was FREEZING. It was absolutely not swimmable which was a huge let down. Breakfast was mediocre but had a few hot foods. Overall, I would not stay here again

This property has gone downhill quickly. I used to stay here with the family for the amenities as a staycation. The exterior AND the interior of the hotel was disgusting. The parking lot was covered in trash. There were giant trash bags in the hall. The elevator floor was spattered with spilled drinks, to the point it made a standing puddle. The walls of the elevator were spattered with just general uncleaned detritus of public use. The breakfast here used to be amazing with lots of fresh fruits, choices of meats etc. The breakfast wasn't BAD, just par with a cheaper brand. The room however WAS clean and well kept. The entire 4th floor though had a musty smell, and as stated the hallways were not cleaned at all. But the mattress. This has to I've of the worst mattresses I have ever slept on. And I do not stand alone; my partner said the same. SEVERAL guests in the elevator started the same. Overall, even though the staff was polite, I would have rather not have stayed there. Hopefully the IHG brand can get this facility back to it's standards.

The family of 7 well accommodated!

This hotel is the perfect family hotel. The indoor pool and spa are awesome. The exercise area is well equipped. The free breakfast bar is very good with both healthy and “unhealthy “ options for all. The full kitchen was well utilized. We appreciated the full size dishwasher.

The hot tub was broke. They were out of hand towels, 2 had to last 4 days. Our keys quit working after 3 days. The coffee pot was broken and not replaced. No dish towel or wash cloth for the kitchen. Housekeeping brought us some requested bath towels but did not empty our garbage or take dirty towels. We requested housekeeping at the front desk. :(

It offered a fold out bed as well as the two queen beds, which work so well for our family. There were even door to close for the bedroom area, which was a good thing because my granddaughter sleeps with the TV on.

Beware of ghosts

We had the worst night of our lives at this hotel. The pull out bed was torn and soiled so bad. It looked like blood and urine all over it. But we were so tired when we got in we just made do. All of us had terrible dreams. One had dreams of being stabbed, suffocated and shot. One woke up at 4am and couldn't go back to sleep. We heard a random heavy fall that none of us made in the room. Then when we were leaving our phones kept rerouting us back to the hotel. After doing some investigation, there have been several murders at the hotel. If we were looking for this experience, it would be great for a ghost hunter. But we just wanted a good night sleep on our way through.
