Hotel was clean & very nice. Comfortable. Breakfast was great & good coffee! Our only complaint was that they only had one person working at night & it was extremely busy. She was doing her very best so it is not a reflection on her bc it was so busy. But we had to wait to check in bc she was helping someone in a room. Then we needed sheets for our pull out sofa & had to wait quite awhile for those. Again, not her fault. The hotel was very busy with one employee trying to help everyone.

The hotel is in a good location and it’s new and clean. Has nice amenities. The floors having LVT is nice, but it makes the walking super loud. Next time I’ll stay on the top floor.

The property itself was great. Everything was clean, and it was in a safe area. The only thing that I didn’t like was that I was charged $25 up front for incidentals. There was no mention of an extra charge while booking through Expedia.

This Holiday Inn Express property was new, clean, and simply but effectively appointed with even a TV lounge and a lobby large enough to just sit and socialize. Our room was spacious and included comfortable beds and pillows as well as a large TV and walk-in shower. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Finally, the morning breakfast offered a wide variety of items from cheese omelets to biscuits and gravy with a seating area as big as many restaurants. Great night sleep and good value.
